Hodson Hall

Building Description:

The Hodson Trust, which provided leadership support to construction of Hodson Hall in the fall of 2002, was created in 1920 by the family of Beneficial Corporation's founder, Colonel Clarence Hodson. The trust supports excellence in higher education by providing grants for scholarships, capital improvements, research, and other purposes to four Maryland schools, including Johns Hopkins University. Hodson Hall contains high-tech, "smart" classrooms and lecture halls, a 500-seat auditorium in which every seat is wired to the Internet, the trustee boardroom, and the Hodson Trust Archives.
