Decker Gardens

Building Description:

The Decker Gardens, bordered by the Greenhouse, Nichols House, and the Johns Hopkins Club, were originally known as the Botanical Gardens and used by the Biology Department to grow plants for research. A reflecting pool now graces the open space. In 1976, the gradens were named for university trustee Alonzo G. Decker Jr. and members of his family in apprectiation for their generosity to Johns Hopkins.
