Cordish Lacrosse Center

Building Description:

Named for David Cordish, a 1960 JHU graduate, three-year Blue Jays Lacrosse Player, chairman of the Cordish Companies and lead donor to the Project, the building is the first facility built solely for support of a university's lacrosse programs. Lacrosse alumni Dennis and David Townsend and Joe Cowan, and alumnus Ralph O'Connor were also major contributors to the effort. The building stands at the East end of Homewood Field.
